Care & Cleaning

Keep it clean, keep it ready.

Caring for your Tennis Ball Vibrator takes 30 seconds. Here's the routine—before, after, and every now and then—so it stays as good as the day it arrived.

Before each use

  • 1 · Wash hands

Warm water and unscented soap. Skip anything with antibacterial alcohol—it can dry the silicone surface over time.

  • 2 · Rinse the device

30 seconds of warm running water. If you'd like, a drop of mild fragrance-free cleanser (we ship one)—never use rubbing alcohol or abrasives.

  • 3 · Pat dry

Soft cotton or microfiber. The Ace is IPX7, so a few water droplets are fine, but dry the charging port before docking.

After each use

  • Rinse → cleanser → rinse

Quick warm rinse, a drop of toy cleanser, gentle massage with fingertips, full rinse. 60 seconds total.

  • Air dry on the included tray

Don't dry near a heater or in direct sun—UV degrades silicone over years. Counter or shelf is fine.

  • Store in the silk pouch

Every device ships with a breathable pouch. Keep the device alone, away from other silicone products, to prevent any cross-reactivity.

Charging & storage

The Ace charges via the included magnetic base—no exposed contacts, dust-resistant, water-safe. A full charge takes 90 minutes via USB-C and lasts up to 120 minutes of use.

Travel: the included silk pouch is TSA-friendly. We recommend the travel lock (hold the button for 5 seconds) to prevent accidental wake-ups. Storage long-term: if you're not using it for a few weeks, top up to ~50% charge before storing—keeps the battery healthy.

Something feels off—quieter than usual, slow to charge, or a small mark on the surface? Email [email protected] with your order number and a photo. We'll diagnose and replace under warranty if needed.
